  My item arrived very well packed and on-time. There was a small issue with the product I purchased so I contacted Big Oz (after hours) to which Big Oz responded quickly and we resolved the problem. Highly recommend, customer service is outstanding. Thank you Big Oz Lebowski, will buy again.

  Fantastic customer service. Ordered a 4 pack and 1 of the 4 was incorrect - advised seller who gave very speedy response and correct replacement was sent immediately. I will definitely buy from this seller again.

  Exceptional customer service.Error was mine ordering the wrong size . Was advised with no hesitation from there side to return,and once they receive the oven rack the refund will be processed.True to their word I received my refund on the same day of them receiving the package. -
