  Unfortunately, this Waterpik unit arrived not working. It was an "open box" unit, so I knew I was taking a chance. I messaged the seller, and within minutes had received a full refund. While disappointed about the unit not working, I really can't complain about the service after the sale. Thanks for turning a negative experience into a positive one.

  This review isn't for the product, it's for the seller (5 stars!). Because they shipped quickly and the amp arrived in what appeared to be new condition as described. Unfortunately, the unit didn't work. But this seller was so responsive! Super fast responses. And once it was determined that the item was defective they immediately refunded my item. So even though the amp didn't work this was one of the best Ebay transactions I've had. I have a lot of respect for how they handled this situation.

  Item shipped as expected but was missing a piece. Seller was very responsive and resolved the issue by issuing a refund immediately and was immediately responsive to my messages despite it being late in the evening. A great experience despite the mistake. A good seller!
