Product box was not sealed, which was quit disappointing, when I see in the product description (new) I expect the box seal to not be already cut. That being said, the speakers sound great, and even though the box was already opened prior to me opening it, the speakers themselves had not been touch.

Their responses (over a weeks time) was that they refuse to admit that they had sent an item which didn't have the retaining ring and my eyes were faulty. They wasted (what should be considered $100 worth of time on the clock to disrespect a customer who trying to buy a $26 product; when it's the customer is correct.
