  I paid $4 for shipping but seller sent the item using eBay Standard Envelope, which costs under $1. Seller acknowledged the mistake and stated they would refund 100% of the shipping and 50% of the item cost. The item was paid for on August 4 and delivered on September 4, yet I’ve received no refund or further communication from seller. Screenshots of the seller’s promise were provided. Very disappointing experience.

  eBay flats are the best was to ship when paying 1.45! I am sorry I forgot about refunding your shipping that you choose, I just forgot. You did get a $20 card for $5. Instead of blasting someone over trying to give you an excellent deal, just return the card for ebay refund if your soooo unhappy

  After 8 or 9 days of card not being shipped after winning, I contacted seller. He said, oops, don't know how I missed it. Said he'd refund all but my shipping and still ship the card. 2 weeks later and still no card.
