  To Korea: I purchased a Sailing Owala Freesip. Shipping was fast, and the item was authentic and as described. However, I was disappointed to receive a $25.59 invoice from FedEx for customs duty and a disbursement fee. Until your country aligns its trade practices with U.S. import policies, I will not make further purchases.
