  Stand up seller here buy with confidence fellow EBayers! Superb communication! Their level of investment really shows how much they care about the business they conduct! My purchase was a great value, promptly shipped, well packed and condition was as described to the best of the sellers ability unfortunately there ended up being a underlying functionality issue the seller was unaware of / honest mistake made with the item and they not only took it in stride but were supportive / understanding!

  the item was received damaged. Item was loose in the packaging it was shipped in. The item also does not match the listing description of being suitable for multiple jewelry types. I did contact the seller and was offered to return it, but I decided to keep it. Not a good experience, and i hope the seller does better in the future.

  i am so sorry that this was unacceptable. I had a grand mal seizure that morning and I was trying to get it out to you. My most humble apologies. I usually do better.
