  The seller informed me that the Zoom H4N was actually out of stock and the listing was a mistake. However, instead of just giving me a refund, he offered to ship me a Zoom H4N Pro (the H4N's successor) with no additional cost! That is truly great customer service. Shipping was faster than was expected (around 2 weeks). It came in a box filled with packing peanuts. It was in good condition, as described when the seller proposed it to me. Great deal.   One of the best sellers I have experienced on eBay. Immediately answered a question that I had about the item. Shipped the same day that I ordered, and it was packed so well that there was no way the item could be damaged in shipping. Most important, the description and grading was very conservative, and the camera was in better condition than I expected! You can tell that this is a professional camera store!

  Lens arrived well packaged and precisely as described (the seller perhaps could have gotten away without even mentioning the "slight haze," but is honest,) as well as slightly early and at a low cost. Not only would I say that I'd buy another lens from this seller, I already have.

  Seller is an actual brick and mortal store and found out after I received the package that the seller does not charge tax nor shipping for out of state (US-NC) purchases if you buy the item directly from their website directly. The (upfront) shipping fee was relatively high but then there was a partial refund processed later. The "item" described is originally a kit that includes camera cage AND HANDLE, but item didn't come with handle but pictures didn't show one. Good price and packaging.

  After a weird timing issue with shipping, everything went great! Seller was quick to respond and the package was sent out quick! The lens was wrapped entirely in packing peanuts with some extra paper on the bottom which held it nicely and led to the product coming as expected with no additional shipping wear. Although slightly on the higher side of the used market value for the lens, the quality of service was definitely there.
