Several Lamps were smashed in transit, but the seller was disrespectful in failing to respond to messages regarding damaged items and that from a customer is just unforgivable.

Returning the bulbs is more of a hassle than they’re worth—exactly what this seller is banking on. Their complete disregard for customer satisfaction and refusal to communicate drags eBay’s name through the dirt. Avoid this seller unless you enjoy broken goods and zero customer service.
