  I have given this seller a Positive Feedback as the products are good. Regrettably I cannot recommend the seller due to failure to respond to messages regarding items damaged due to very poor packaging, which seems to be a repetitive failing looking at other feedback. Several Lamps were smashed in transit, but the seller was disrespectful in failing to respond to messages regarding damaged items and that from a customer is just unforgivable.

  Fast delivery 3 days earlier than expected. Packaged well and arrived in good condition. Excellent quality and great value for money. I would definatly recommend this seller and their products.

  I ordered 12 halogen bulbs for £9.99—two arrived smashed, thanks to the seller’s shoddy, inadequate packaging. I politely requested a pro rata refund of £1.67 and sent two follow-up emails, but received no reply. Returning the bulbs is more of a hassle than they’re worth—exactly what this seller is banking on. Their complete disregard for customer satisfaction and refusal to communicate drags eBay’s name through the dirt. Avoid this seller unless you enjoy broken goods and zero customer service.

  All as described but as with previous comments from other buyers some casualties due to poor packaging- out of the 24 bulbs purchased item had 5 broken bulbs - nearly 25% lost .decent delivery time and price but would suggest better packaging.
