  These were purchased on Feb. 7, but did not arrive until Feb. 19. They were carefully packed, and as listed. Shipping cost was reasonable. Seller sent them out in a timely manner. It seems that USPS lost the package for several days along the way. Seller did not contact me about a delay. It was frustrating- but they did arrive safely, and all is well.
