  My item arrived in excellent condition, it was well packaged. Although my item was described as open-box, there was absolutely nothing wrong with it, in fact it was new in box. Very satisfied with my purchase from this seller.

  The seller listed the item as untested but the box it came in has defective written right on it. When confronted he blamed me. He knew it was defective and intentionally misled me. Then wanted me to return it where he could resell it again. I refuse to return it where he can just pass it off to some unlucky person. Ill take the loss and leave neg feedback to warn other buyers what he's doing.

  Just as described, gently used with a few scratches and signs of wear, but well cleaned, tested and packaged. Working fine with no issues. A very good deal on this model. Seller was very responsive and worked with me to arrange local pickup. A+ experience.

  After an incorrect part was delivered, seller was quick to respond by shipping out the correct part immediately and within a few days, the part was here. I tested and confirmed that the part is as advertised. Super work by BigBin and appreciate their quick resolution to the item. The item matches the quality of the original part, its condition and appearance looks new, and I appreciate the lower than typical cost. Packed well for what it is. Thanks!!

  We ended up deciding that this was too loud for us so I contacted the seller immediately and they were so nice and offered to allow me to send it back. They even told me to keep the bonus extra refill storage tank and not to worry about sending it back. I highly recommend doing business with them because they will work with you.
