The item was nicely folded and packaged in a clear plastic bag and shipped in a very sturdy plastic bubble mailing envelope.   Though there was a mixup, I had a positive buying experience with GoPaca. The plush that I received was shipped in good time, was packed safely, and was priced reasonably. GoPaca communicates well & replies back quickly. They handled the mixup professionally and promptly and brought quick resolution to the situation. I recommend them and would buy from them again.

  I highly recommend this seller. The dress ordered was beautiful, the condition was as described, it was delivered quickly, and the price was excellent. Unfortunately, the dress itself didn't work for me, but this seller was very kind and responsive and I was able to return it, free of charge. Thank you for a great experience. I'm just sorry that the dress didn't work for me

  I was looking for this for the longest time and was super happy to finally find it! Item was as described, brand new. Shipping was a bit longer than estimated but it’s not the seller to blame, just the shipping company giving me the wrong time estimate. I can’t say a whole lot about communication as none of my messages were ever answered, but everyone gets busy sometimes! Just happy to have the correct item, and brand new!

  Shoes are exactly as described in photos! Quick shipping, very fair pricing. Though the shoebox it arrived in is crushed and there are some debris on the shoes that looks as if it is used, but they are brand new just by looking at the soles. Not complaining since the prices are cheap! Thank you, will order again A+++++
