  Awful seller - one to avoid as other reviews confirm. Sent me a faulty product, dropshipped from AliExpress where it is a tenth of the price. They are rude and lied. They reassured me that as a bedbound customer I could arrange a return at no cost to myself, with them offering a free collection from Royal Mail. This didn't come about and when questioned on it they pretended they'd get back to me in 24hrs, 2 days ago now (see photos). I've no way of returning it as a bedbound customer.

  what a interesting person, first made fun of a badly autistic member of our team who was left in tears after this disabled bed bound individual ripped into her about her spelling. we had to block her in the end as she refused point blank to return the item despite being given a return label which would be brought by a courier and a home collection service which she could organise herself.

  Good quality for an excellent price. I’m really happy with my purchase and it was in perfect condition. My order was dispatched the day I ordered it making it arrive quickly and on time. It was packaged neatly and securely. I recommend buying from this seller.
