  Very positive purchase! Item was in pristine shape and very well packaged. I had an issue, and the seller responded within an hour. Turned out the problem was on my end. There was a missing adapter for the power supply (or so I thought). Seller offered to send another one immediately. Fortunately, I found it in a drawer where it must have fallen while unpacking. System booted up and everything checks. Fantastic! Thank you!

  Fast and easy transaction. The item arrived quickly, was wrapped quite protectively and was as described. I wiped and upgraded first to Win10Pro and then to Win11 Pro (even though it didn't 'meet the Win11 requirements-HA!). All is well on my end.
