  The original shipping time was great but unfortunately the box arrived damaged and one of the globes was broken. I contacted the seller immediately and they responded immediately saying they would replace the globe. Two weeks later I asked for a tracking number. They responded back and had not shipped the globe yet. Two weeks later I initiated a return and received a tracking number the very next day. I originally ordered on August 16 and received replacement globes on Oct. 4.

  They have nothing but excuses for their product don't buy. They don't send everything in the package and they don't take responsibility. The 2 globes that I got were all chipped up and still missing one.
