  Item was missing some parts, and this wasn’t disclosed in the listing. I asked the seller for a small refund to pay for the price of a repair kit so I could fix it, but they only suggested a return. I was told they’d look into it, but I haven’t heard back since. I won’t leave a negative feedback because the parts I received were fine otherwise. I just want buyers to be sure to ask plenty of questions before purchasing. YMMV with the seller.

  I’m sorry the item didn’t meet your expectations. I did offer a return for a full refund in line with eBay policy. My store policy does not allow partial refunds, and I believe returns are the fairest option for both buyer and seller. It's my right under eBay rules to require a return for any refund. I always try to resolve concerns promptly and appreciate honest communication.

  Item was different than what was described in both the photos and listing. It was the complete wrong item. Seller kept giving me the run around, denying that it was different, even when presented with evidence that the weight they shipped was less than what the real item should have been. I decided just to keep the item at the price I paid, but it was only 10% off retail vs the 60% I thought I was getting. Buyers beware that you might not get what you think you are buying.

  This was a brand-new, complete set—exactly as described and shown in the listing. The buyer did not request a return but instead pushed for a discount after delivery. I believe this was a dishonest attempt to get a partial refund, as I know for a fact the item was complete and weighed correctly. I followed eBay policy throughout. I stand by my integrity and my listings—buyers can review my history to see I take pride in honest business practices.
