  While I have rated this as positive, the truth is it did not arrive. I was notified by the seller after a week or so to advise the item had been lost in transit. The positive outcome was that the seller immediately organised for a refund via eBay. The seller was extremely helpful and the funds have been returned.

  Got the order wrong, then asked me to keep it and try onselling it in exchange for a measly tiny $20 when I paid $176 for a product that I cannot even use. Because the return process is too troublesome for them even though they are the ones who made the mistake! Then got delay tactics and kept sending me return postage label with wrong sender details and then telling me to ignore that and ‘try to send it’ and ‘see if it works’. Great job of being the worst ebayer/customer service! Ridiculous!

  The item I had ordered was unable to be shipped. The seller was outstanding keeping me informed about what was going on throughout the process. The seller did everything possible to make sure that I was able to be happy with this transaction. I received a full refund very quickly. I would not hesitate to buy anything from this seller.
