    Photo on sales pitch shows loads of washers ,,,what arrived was two of the smallest washers they could find,,,,Con. Misleading photo ,,,,Yes it does say 2 washers in the write up ,,,, but a con If it's two washers show photos of two washers. Not happy with this seller

    10 MM SOFT COLOURED COTTON BRAIDED ROPE/SASH CORD/BRAID/COTTON CENTRE. Item received did not match listed description it was only 8mm in diameter. Requested seller to send correct item and included picture of item received to show sellers error. No corrective action was taken by the seller. I requested ebay to refund my payment which was completed quickly. As the seller does not appear to respect the buyer, I will not use again and cannot recommend this seller to anyone.

    Hi You sent the wrong size cooling ring I ordered one for a 350cc engine and you sent me the larger type. I have had trouble in contacting you on Ebay (no response to any message that I sent I did mange to fined an email address which you did respond to but not very helpful , I returned the incorrect one on the 8/8/25 at a cost of £5.55 to me REF NUMBER 0212-5444-0252-954C Since this time I have been without a internet connection and it has only now that the connection has been restored !

    Bought item. Nothing sent, contacted them for refund. Waited 4 days for reply. Blamed delivery company and then funny enough it turned up a few days later. Told them I was unhappy with service to be offered 10% of item refund 61.9p thanks but no thanks. Stay away from seller!
