  one day after I placed to order they informed me that the products they had received from the factory were subpar. they offered to give me a refund rather than make me wait until they could get a new shipment. one day later the refund was in my account. they seem to be a very respectful, prompt, and honest seller.

  I'm giving the seller a positive only as a courtesy; I didn't receive my item and after nearly 3-4 weeks, I had to eventually ask for a refund as it was obvious that Aramex were completely disorganized and not taking things seriously. They let down the seller, who trusted them to make the delivery. Any BUYERS should make sure that it's not Aramex delivering; demand a different courier, is my advice.
