Original product, unopened box, well packed and arrived in less then a month (I'm in the other side if the world). It cleared customs without issue, very happy with the experience.

I tried to return the item because it was not what I thought it was. But they could not provide me with a prepaid return label. They then instructed me to return it in the very difficult way they provided. They then tried to charge a restocking fee which was contrary to their advertized policy. They then asked me to lie about the reason for returning and to lie about the condition and value. I considered that to be unethical so I closed the return request. I had lost all trust in that company!!!

Fue un poco tardada la entrega, pero valió la pena, equipo 100% original, bien empaquetado, la calidad es buena, el estado del equipo en perfectas condiciones, es muy hermoso, me gustó mucho el color y el precio estuvo bien, es de gran valor, sin duda recomendable, lo recibí en México
