  I had an address issue which was clearly my fault. No ability to cancel or edit the order in pending status, Emailed immediately (way to long to respond original negative feedback) which left me believing the delivery was going to the wrong address many states away. They did read the email and change the address to the correct one. Thanks again for taking care of the issue. My only request would be to send a short message to let people know you re on it. Positive experience will use them again.
