  The communication with the seller was very smooth and easy, shipping was blazing fast, even though the item arrived from the other side of the world, the item's packing was flawless as it arrived in perfect condition, and last but not least, although the controller was advertised as used, it was actually in an impeccable condition.   Long wait time for shipping but worth the wait. Packaged with care, plenty of bubble wrap to try to avoid damaging of package. Packing in tact. (But a bit disappointed there is a remnants of a sticker and residue on the front of the package. As well as a full sticker on the back of the package. A minor inconvenience but would have preferred to known when purchasing rather be surprised.) Good communication. Authenticate item and overall happy with my purchase.
