  Shipper took care of the package and shipped it in great condition, still works perfectly and it connects to all the features as well, I preferred another brand of headphones to these so I returned it but I would recommend this seller of you're looking for a great deal on xm4 and xm5 headphones!

  The headphones arrived a week late, though that was not the fault of the seller (USPS lost the package for a while), however when I requested some help tracking my order from the seller, I never heard back from them. The headphones are in perfect condition and were packaged well, so everything was perfectly fine besides the shipping. If I would not have had to contact the seller, then this would have been a perfect experience. All in all it was still great.
