  I decided not to keep the ring. There was nothing wrong, it arrived in great condition, very prompt delivery & just as described. Seller has challenges with receiving FedEx, the only method available to me on eBay for return. After a numerous delivery attempts Seller had the FedEx package routed to be delivered at UPS for Seller to pick up at that location. This was inconvenient because it impacted the time for my refund. Other than that the ring was lovely, just didn’t work out for me.

  We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we were not at fault here. We receive fedex deliveries all the time. Fedex had trouble delivering this package due to system and human error. We communicated this to the buyer along the whole process. Once we finally received the package, we issued a refund right away. We followed ebay policies and procedures closely. There was nothing we did wrong. This negative feedback was left before the return was delivered to us. Outrageous!

  This ring is even more beautiful than the pictures! Good description and transaction. It arrived from Turkey at my rural home in the SE USA only 30 hours after I ordered it! Amazingly quick delivery. Packed very well. DHL delivery contacted me for delivery instructions and followed them. Very pleased with this seller and will shop with them again. Thank you!
