    Shipped me the wrong part. Tried to contact the seller about the issue and received no response. I believe this was done on purpose. The drain hose i need was discontinued. He claims to have one, but what he shipped me was just a standard generic drain hose I could have bought anywhere for $10. The fact that he had it for $50 under a discontinued part number and then never responded to my messages tell me he knew exactly what he was doing. Avoid this dishonest scammed. $20 for shipping too...

    The Seller and eBay were both very consistent and aligned in communications upon a technically complex return process. Seller was willing to supply another remote but we found the remote control is very - serial number specific and upon informing the Seller, they immediately processed for full refund to which eBay facilitated the refund transaction flawlessly and timely (within 3 days was already back in my bank account). Thank you both!
