    I submitted several questions to BCD, were patient with me and answered them promptly. Transaction was easy, packaging of item was professional (the best I've seen yet) arrived before the date given. The item works like a dream could not ask for more. BCD is in NY; I'm in CA would like to do business with them again! Just the best!!
