  My order came with a personalized card that stated they were out of stock in my size so they sent me an initial shirt of a different size and very apologetic about the situation. The card went on to say that they would be sending the correct size within 2 weeks. I very much like the fact that they did what they did and also came through with their promise of the original shirt size. In many cases, you go not find great customer service like this. Many thanks!

  T-shirt arrived as described. Shipment was delayed due to a “weather event”. Okay, but the thin plastic packing was ripped open and exposing the enclosed shirt. Fortunately, the shirt was not ripped, damaged or stained. Got lucky this time.
