  I purchased a new 5oz Big Bird bottle and was shipped a new 9oz Big Bird bottle. I contacted the seller and explained the situation. I asked them to please get back to me, so we could work it out.   Ordered a polka dot pumpkin and my order was refunded a short time later with an “out of stock” on the listing. Some time later, I received a small surprise gift for the inconvenience but did not receive word from the shop regarding the refund or the gift. Appreciated the refund.
