    Excellent customer service. My system was damaged in transit and I messaged the seller who came back to me very quickly. He resolved the issues quickly and communication was great all round. The system itself is well put together and is excellent value.

    Items were as described, however I did discover upon arrival that the devices had BIOS passwords on them. This is was not listed in the main description but hidden behind a "show more" part of the item details. I feel that something as key as this should have been in the main description. Chargers were taped together in the box leaving residue on the cables that I can't get off. Machines were however fairly priced and in the described condition.

    i clearly added that admin password was locked but boot option enabled in the condition tab. truly sorry, but i believe that is the best place to ascertain the condition of the laptop.
