  I recently ordered a figure set. The seller was extremely communicative, friendly, and helped me look into the shipping as there was a bit of a delay. The items arrived within the initial delivery time and they came well packaged. I also received a figure set that was in even better condition than I was expecting. I would absolutely buy from this company again. 10/10 reccomend :)

  Wonderful experience buying from this seller. Item arrived safe, just as described. Very well packaged. Seller shipped the item in a timely manner. Great communication.   I have never had a better LP record buying experience than the one with ‘Best Japan Shop’. The transaction was dealt with in a very professional manner throughout. I was updated at every phase in a courteous fashion. The item was incredibly well packed and reached me in perfect condition from Japan to UK . Delivery was exceptionally fast, about four days from posting. I can’t praise ‘Best Japan Shop’ enough, buy with complete confidence. Highly recommended!

  Very happy with this seller. There were issues with shipping on my end, and they worked closely with me to resolve everything in a way that was best for both of us. Once that was handled, I received my items and they were packaged securely and exactly as described. Would definitely order from again.
