  Item was just wrapped in cardboard and was a bit crushed. The wand box was a bit more scuffed than I saw in the pictures. Not sure if that was from shipping. I'll keep it, but would be nice it the seller did a little padding to protect things in transit.

  She was very helpful and answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.
