    Item is awesome, seller was great and very understanding. Shipping all in all was ok, but they kept saying it was coming and it didn't about 5 times. That's not the sellers fault, but, you might wanna start shipping with a different company

    I purchased the boxer dog with the Welcome sign for a gift. It would have been nice to know that you were going to ship it without putting it in a shipping box. The box is smashed, it is cut down the middle. This is the way I have to give a gift?? It looks like the item was purchased second hand. Horrible!!! If you think FedEx cares what the box looks like, then you should find another occupation. This makes me look so bad and cheap. I need it for tomorrow or I’d return it!!!

    Sorry for the problem. Things happen during shipping, this box is secured with fully styrofoam to protect the statue. We always replace or refund if contacted. Thanks
