  The New York City Police Taxi and Limousine Commission Shoulder Patch that I bought on 30th. June from iarrestdrunks arrived in this afternoon’s post Arizona USA. It was sent in a strong envelope and is E as described on EBay. I think it’s good value at the price paid with a very reasonable postage charge and I am really pleased with it and with the efficient service provided by the seller.   One of my favorite and most trusted Sellers on here. You can’t go wrong with him. he always has very reasonable prices and accurate descriptions. Everything is immediately shipped. I recently purchased this patch along with several others at the same time. He sent me refunds for the shipping cost because he was able to combine them into one package. Not expected, but definitely appreciated

  Even before this patch arrived, the seller reached out to me to make sure I let them know if there were any issues. It was completely as described and in perfect condition.   Patch was delayed by the USPS past the delivery date. Package was sent quickly by seller though. Contacted seller who refunded me for it. Wouldn’t you know it patch arrives 1 week later. Communication with seller was excellent and will always buy from him.
