  Item was exactly as described- new/old stock -a high quality product at a great price. It was shipped quickly and was received much sooner than expected. The only improvement would have been to add a small amount more packing material to reduce rattling in the box, but there was zero damage from transit. Overall it was a great buying experience and I would buy again. A+ seller!

  Speaker was delivered quickly (2 days) and as described (based on vague seller description), in working condition. No LED in this model just FYI, but overall very satisfied for the low cost paid!

  Described as new when clearly used. Collar cut, nail polish on the on/off switch, batteries had no life, can of citronella half empty. Contacted seller who said they’d issue a partial refund. Nothing. Also shipped with no tracking. This is not how you do business.
