    The seller provides first class customer service and the pipe was extremely well packaged, so it arrived in perfect condition. He was also extremely understanding and helpful when problems with shipping arose. Unfortunately, the local delivery company is/was terrible and did not notify me when or where they had dumped my package - I had to find out myself using the tracking number. I had expected it to be delivered to my home and wish I’d been told, in advance, that I had to collect it instead.

    All aspects of the transaction were excellent. The vendor communicated promptly and effectively, the pipe was as described and better than pictures could show. The pipe arrived a week before estimated delivery and I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Would definitely recommend.

    Eine weitere, wirklich tolle Pfeife von Spitzen PFEIFEN Bene! Sehr vertrauensvolle und schnelle Transaktion, sehr angenehme und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Hervorheben muss man neben den sehr aussagekräftigen Fotos und Beschreibungen in den Angeboten den schnellen Versand und die sichere und sehr gute Verpackung. Insgesamt ein absolut empfehlenswerter Anbieter, und dies war ganz sicher nicht meine letze Pfeife von Andreas Bene!
