Did not have in the product that I ordered in stock, so rather than sending an almost product to complete the sale he issued an instant refund with an apology for not having the exact product I ordered. Outstanding communication, we need more sellers like this. Highly recommended.

  Bought a Desco ESD cable to use with my Desco ESD strap. Opened up the package and saw a clear plastic bag saying “made in China” and a cable that looked completely different than the picture. Doesn’t even work with my band, even if I did keep it. Contacted seller and resolution was just “we offer free returns”. Great, but it would still be time/money for me to ship it back. Listing is still up. Maybe the seller mixed up product or maybe they are selling cheap items as different brands.

  Packaging indicated a binder in accordance with my order, however the binder inside was incorrect. It could be a supplier issue rather than the seller incorrectly substituting or reselling a previously returned item, but one week later I need to order one, and satisfy ‘my’ responsibility to return the item & the electronic code provided to a post office. Accountability for delivering orders in accordance with what is advertised should be enforced all the way up and down supply chains.

  Original order was missing an item. Reached out to the seller and they were more than accommodating offering to send an extra item for the inconvenience. Great customer service. Would recommend them
