  Seller was easy to negotiate with, shipped fast, could have used better packaging but overall, a positive experience! The item was described well, but lacking a few finer details. Sleeve/waist cuffs are all really tight for a XXL, almost like it was altered. Sleeve cuffs also different widths. Seller accepted best offer and shipped quickly, but spent a week+ going through the USPS. Item was not double-bagged and packaging ripped somewhere along the journey. Item was a bit dirty upon receipt. NBD

  Seriously appreciate this seller. Wrong item had been sent by accident and when I reached out she got back to me right away and shipped the right item out same day, allowing me to keep the item sent by mistake. It meant a lot that the seller made it a priority to get the original item won out in the mail. I received it quickly and it’s beautiful! Thank you for completing my leather collection!
