  When the package arrived, we could see that the shipping company was responsible for the damage on the box and item. Seller was very nice and compassionate with me. Seller offered to have me send it back and get a different vanity. We settled on a partial refund. I would do business again with the company.

  I’m sorry this is so late, however, I filled out about 15 of these and for some reason they didn’t go through s. I got this is a gift from my brother and I’m sure it will be a big help to him because he has trouble answering the phone. He’s in the hospital and will be a big help to him and I’m sure he’ll love it. The seller has been great. Seller has emailed me several times advising me first that it might be late and again asking If I received it yet. I would recommend the Seller to everyone

  The item arrived damaged it had no packaging to ensure item arrived in proper condition. Contacted seller and wanted to provide a discount but not a replacement. The item is for umbrellas and if the structure is not sound the umbrellas could tip over rendering the usage of item pointless. I contacted ebay and they have sent a return label at no charge. Be cautious when ordering from this company.
