  I had a small issue with the product I purchased. I contacted the seller, and instead of going back and forth like some other sellers on Ebay, this seller issued an immediate refund. How refreshing, to have someone that resolves an issue quickly and expediently, without endless back and forth messages. This saved my time and aggravation.
