  Seller didn’t pay correct postage. Took me ages getting it sorted. Wasn’t much value in in pounds but my time. The seller was rude and asked “if I was being serious” “they took time taking it off” .

  This is the type of customer that ruins eBay, went out of my way to remove, list and send a tiny plastic cap which wasn't worth the effort and actually cost me money in reality to do. refunded the buyer in full as I cant be bothered with the petty games and they openly brag in messages that "the negative feedback will hurt you" Sellers beware these people live and operate amongst us.

  Would be good to let people know before dispatch that delivery firm won’t communicate day of delivery as the cost is significant- people need to plan accordingly would be good to have that in advert

  Pallet companies are predominately there to work to and from businesses so weekday deliveries in normal hours are not a problem, deliveries to residential addresses with large palletized orders are a massive inconvenience to them and domestic customers have no regard for this and there massive costs involved in transporting these items.
