    I had to reach out to the seller to find out why my order hadn’t arrived. The initial tracking number was invalid, and the item was not shipped until I contacted them. Additionally, one item was claimed to be out of stock, but it’s still listed as available on the website. This caused unnecessary frustration and delays. I expected better communication and accuracy in inventory management.

    I am thrilled I bought a Boll & Branch comforter set from Bed Bath Fashions. Boll & Branch is luxurious bedding; w/ hefty price tag. I luckily checked eBay & found this seller. I couldn’t believe the low price! INCREDIBLE!! I literally saved hundreds; no exaggeration. The customer service was outstanding. Great communication, friendly, courteous & helpful. The item was EXACTLY as promised; brand new w/original tags & packaged perfectly. A++ experience. Will 100% buy from them again. THANK YOU!!

    The sheets are as I ordered on October 28 ,was given a tracking number that didn’t track because FedX said they didn’t have the package !! I contacted seller Oct 6 and I got it in two days( today ). Why did it take 11 days ??? ..not happy
