    Item is as described. Seller sent out the package right away. Product arrived during the estimated range but it made a circle from Michigan to Illinois to Wisconsin to Michigan to Illinois to Wisconsin so it could have gotten here a day sooner if it hadn't done that but it wasn't the seller's fault. Recommend seller!

    Was accidentally sent wrong fragrance. This was resolved quickly and just received the correct one today. Shipping was quick. They sent a label for me to return the wrong one. Very happy with the customer service. Issue was promptly taken care of. Would purchase from here again.

    Aveda mousse arrived on time, was wrapped in bubble wrap and was placed in an envelope mailer, and was new as described with a seal. I love the added volume that this mousse adds to my thin fine hair. This was a great buy and will come back to this seller again. Thank you.

    I am puzzled by the “cancel the order” feature with this seller. I indeed clicked on “cancel the order “ button ten minutes after I ordered the merchandise. What first shown was that “it was too early to request the cancellation. Try it later”. The seller contacted me shortly after, andI made the request to him. He told me that the items “were already packaged and shipping was already bought.” What is the window for cancellation? Does each seller arbitrarily or not set their own rules?
