  Purchased 3 hair color boxes, received 2. Immediately took pictures when received, sent information to seller, requesting additional box. No solution given, basically they just insist they sent 3, even with the picture of the 2 boxes of hair color fully wrapped by them still intact. Waiting on refund from ebay since seller has no intention of fixing the issue. Do not recommend. They refuse to help.

  I have been using this brand for years. The 6-pk I ordered, all were in the original box and exactly as described. The only negative was that I had to leave two messages because it did not come when expected. The items came 9 days later, but the buyer did respond, so I knew the new date.

  Ordered a twin pack of shampoo and conditioner (the strengthening shampoo) and the items arrived quickly and packaged with bubble wrap AND a padded mailer. Very nice packaging from seller!
