  seller was very communicative and cooperative and always friendly and pleasant. although the actual item was sent, the shipping company apparently lost it in transit somewhere along the line. the seller was very apologetic and immediately issued a refund. although disappointed I did not receive the item, there is no way the seller was at fault, and I would happily buy from them again if I saw something I wanted. thank you.

  While the item arrived did arrive non-functional, the seller swiftly and professionally remedied the situation by initiating a quick refund after I showed proof. Aside from that, the order arrived extremely quickly, and had the item worked, it would have been a great deal at only a few dollars.

  Arrived early and came packed in a mylar bag. It is in great shape and quality and appears like the description. I expected 5 leads and a empty Mechanical holder, but it came with lead in the holder also. Bonus.

  Received my package today, the post office sent the package all over the state! Don’t know what the problem was but it finally got here. The buzzers look and sound great. The sellers communications were good and I felt it was no fault of the seller for the delay. Christmas is probably the problem as it is just very busy. Very satisfied, thanks!
