  The seller shipped item quickly; but through no fault of the seller, item was held by USPS shipping partner in Jamaica, NY, for a week. But with patience, finally, new item was received exactly as described. It took me realizing that a more recent software version was needed on the smartphone, but this controller works very well as an alternative throttle for model railroads using WiThrottle. Great value from a great seller.

  Very nice mount, high quality. The shipping company had some issues, so I contacted the seller, knowing there was likely nothing they could do, but they managed to get the package moving again. Great seller!

  Was a pain to deal with from the beginning. I searched under "US Only" and this seller came up. I needed the part quickly and was willing to pay the premium for it (3x China price). It shipped from China and seller lied about it. Finally got my item which and it had 2 labels on it one which was a customs label. Only to make things worse, the item was tossed into a plastic bag and the pinion bent from this. If you value transparency and honesty don't shop with this seller.

  Item was as described…appears new, looks good.. great communication, packaging and shipping.. haven’t actually installed and tried them out so hoping it’ll fix the issue and do the job.. thank you
