  They were out of stock of the item I wanted and just sent a different one, which I did not want. leaving me with the trouble of returning it. I contacted them three times, before I got a reply to return the item. I have better things to do with my time on a small item. If they didn't have the item advertised a simple contact message would have established whether the replacement was suitable, which it was not.
