    Excellent customer service. TV came well packaged and as described, but there were some challenges with set up and image quality. Seller offered multiple solutions and had excellent communication throughout the process. Ultimately I was happy with the resolution and impressed with the professionalism of their team. Would definitely buy again from this seller.

    Monitor was exactly as described: open box. So the packaging was a little bit of a mess but that's definitely not the seller's fault. Box contained everything it was supposed to, all cables, stand, mounts, and manuals. I've been using the monitor for two days now and it performs flawlessly while looking perfect next to the 27GP850-B I already had. Very happy with my purchase, shipping was SUPER fast. Ordered Friday, shipped Friday, received Wed. the following week.

    First the item was advertised with little damage but i must say that price for this item was ridiculous cheap,so i bought it then was mailed to the wrong house 🏠, to my next door neighbor; out of the darkness and dispare that was no fault from the seller. This seller kept texting me to make sure what to do to retrieve my item kudos to this seller to take the time with me helping me to find my item. When I open the box 📦 the item (klipsch speaker 🔊) show little scratch i love it.
