  Sadly, these were not authentic. However, given all the issues out there with these fakes, I gave the seller the benefit of the doubt and thought it was possibly his distributor or supply was at fault and the seller was not aware. The seller did respond to my messages and confirmed my suspicion . We worked out a deal to make it right. Seller did seem genuine and certainly a legit ebayer despite an unfortunate circumstance. I appreciate the good customer service and the communication.

  Be aware that these are NOT AUTHENTIC, the seller is falsely advertising these as AUTHENTIC which is completely inaccurate. Now that said the seller did partially refund once informed they are misrepresenting the items and the items themselves are still “cute” but certainly not what my daughter expected. The seller also tried to play it off as they deal directly with PopMart supplier however clearly that was a lie, so be wise in making your decision to deal with this seller.

After the buyer shared their concerns, we communicated and mutually agreed on a partial refund, which was issued promptly to resolve the matter.We remain committed to providing respectful service, fair solutions, and accurate listings.   Selling Fake Fraudulent Merchandise!!! This seller sold me fake merchandise and now won’t respond to my request. Advertised product as real and authentic. SCAM!!! I attached photos clearly showing these don’t have the tamperproof/ QR codes that the authentic Labubus have. I really wish they would just respond and give me a refund but Nothing after 4 days of trying to contact.

  Lafufus — reshrinkwrapped and got 3 secrets in two 6 count cases — guaranteed authentic but was completely fake. No cards in any package and one was ripped in the back. some boxes were clearly printed. :( Seller did not respond when I sent a communication — 2 purchases and $400 down the drain. :(

  Buyer beware! This seller is selling fake labubus! I reached out to the seller over 48 hours ago to give them a chance to make this right and give them the benefit of the doubt they didn’t know they were selling a fake product. They asked for pictures , I provided them, and they have ghosted me. So many obvious clues to call out them being fake - box does not have reflective lettering, no red tear strip on top, no character ID cards, etc. this buyer had a 88% satisfaction rating couple days ago.

  Exactly what was described: brand new Labubu! And so fast from purchase to shipping!! It was exactly the quality expected and so worth the price.
