  Communication with vendor was pleasant and friendly and the display pictures were exactly what I received plus it was packaged in a custom-made box from a Weber Grill (which from experience would have taken a fair amount of time, so much care was involved in getting my purchase to me). The overall value is not important as it was not to be used as a direct replacement but as a component to use in the construction of my Frankenchair, which turned out pretty darn good IMHO.   I got some powertool batteries but when they arrived it turned out the were malfunctioning and didn't work, I messaged the sell first to get it sorted out, and he immediately gave me a refund and said I could keep them. They were very polite and helpful
