    I ordered a laptop battery, which arrived on time and in excellent condition, well-packaged. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. The seller was very professional, helping me troubleshoot and ensuring my satisfaction was a priority. When we couldn’t resolve the issue, he quickly offered to send a replacement battery free of charge and kept me updated with tracking details. Great value compared to other sellers! Highly recommended!

    So doing the 74wh mod for me was really sketchy as I never done this kind of hardware mod. The first battery came in really fast, the packaging was great. Unfortunately the first battery was a dud and could not hold a charge. Thankfully after contacting the seller they gave me a new battery with fast shipping and the newer battery was a success, as it was charging properly and working. I would recommend this seller.

    Although the estimated arrival date was weeks away, I requested the seller to send the battery to me asap. Surprise! It arrived within 2 days. The battery was boxed and packaged securely. Very responsive seller!

    I purchased the new ROG Ally 74Wh battery and had that installed. The battery was well packaged and the included tools were useful. Sadly the first battery had an issue where it wasn't charging correctly but the seller was extremely responsive and resolved my issue. I would recommend this seller 100%!
